New-born Baby And Sleeping Pattern
In the initial months, it is observed that some babies sleep for almost about 21 hours a day while some sleep for only about 10 hours a day. The babies have a pattern for a few weeks to eat and sleep only. When I was young, I used to think why do the cuties have such type of the pattern? So, the answer is that their stomach is so small that they get hungry very soon and keep on waking up even at night and when they are full, they are again back to their dream world.

After say about six months the duration of the sleep is lesser, and the baby is more active. This is because the baby is now getting used to the outer world and enjoying the bright colours visually. Now, some of the babies have developed certain routines of their sleep and apart from their mom’s milk they take solid food too. Thus, a bit bigger stomach is full more and gets empty later. Don’t you love playing with babies when they happy? Yes, right so that’s possible only when you know the pattern of their sleep. Getting Suitable To The Environment
In the starting few months they are least concerned about the noise or the silence there in the room. But later they do get up at nights so few things that wake them includes:
- Talking in loud voice, so if you want your tiny to sleep peacefully avoid loud noise.
- The wet diapers, in sleep the infants excrete a lot thus getting wet so it’s advisable that you change the diapers as and when require.
- Empty stomachs don’t make a good sleep, henceforth make your little ones sleep as they complete their food.
- Bright colours attract everyone even to our sweeties, so for their dreams to get fulfilled let’s keep dim lights or no lights.
