Keep Them Dry And Comfy
It is important that you always change your baby’s diaper. This way, they will be able to avoid skin rashes and other infection. Soiled and wet diaper could truly cause skin reactions and this could bring discomfort to your baby. Make sure that you change their diapers as often as possible to help them keep dry and comfortable especially during the night.
Basic bathing is important to help keep your newborn feel fresh and cool especially during the summertime. But make sure that you only do this task twice or three times a week since too much bathing could cause dryness to your baby’s skin. You should also prepare all the necessary bathing supplies you will need from soap to towels and lotions. You should also prepare and make them all easy to reach before you place your newborn in his bathtub. This will make the bathing time easier for you.
Always remember that the sleeping pattern of a newborn is 2-4 hours. You could actually either do the tasks you wish to attend to while he is sleeping or you could rest as well for additional strength after. The sleeping pattern of newborn changes as he grows up.
